NEW SOCIAL MEDIAS

Hi guys, I thought I would just do one last post before christmas and it isn't one that it too exciting! I decided to completely revamp my blog for the new year ("New year, new blog" if you like) so I hope you like and enjoy the new layout. I have also made some new social media sites especially for it! I hadn't ever shared this blog on my personal accounts & I thought it was silly not to as social media is (I think) so important in having a successful blog.
I would love it if you would all go over and follow my new Twitter page and Instagram page for all updates on Caramella! They are also linked on the side of the page too. Now before I bore you all to death I am going to enjoy Christmas eve eve with some cheesy music, wine and mince pies! I hope you all have a lovely christmas and I will continue to post after Christmas. I have a lot planned which I am excited about! Merry Christmas & Happy new year!

MY GO-TO PERFUMES

Hey everyone, first off I wanted to say a massive thankyou and hello to all my new followers, as Caramella has hit 100 followers on Bloglovin. I couldn't be happier! It's so nice to think that people are reading and liking your posts. Anyway, today I thought I would share with you my favourite perfumes at the moment. These are my top 3 picks at the moment. I have been been one to collect lots of perfumes, once I find ones I like, I tend to stick with them. My three favourites are as shown Ghost SweetheartBeyonce Heat and Dolce & Gabbana L'eau The One
These all range in prices from 'Heat' being the lowest price to 'The One' being the most expensive. I think it's good to show a big price range when it comes to perfume. I got 'Ghost Sweetheart' for christmas after always loving the scent and I usually wear this as my everyday perfume. It is quite a sweet floral scent which I know isn't everyones cup of tea but I love it. I could smell it all day! It isn't too expensive (£25 for 30ml) which is good for an everyday scent. I wear it nearly everyday and it still hasn't gone down the bottle that much. Because 'The One' perfume was quite an expensive buy, I tend to only wear it on special occasions or when I am going out. It has more of a sophisticated smell which is perfect for when you are all dressed up. I am nearly all out though, which makes me sad! I tend to wear 'Heat' whenever I want a bit of a change or to mix it up a bit. Again it is quite a sweet scent but I absolutely love it. I'm not really all for the "celebrity scents" but this one I could repurchase over and over!

SCHEDULING MY BLOG

I had been thinking about where I wanted my blog to go in terms of lifestyle posts and I came up with the idea of scheduling by posts into different categorises. I thought that every couple of days I would do a post of a specific type of post. Therefore, from now on I am going to make posts on Food, Beauty, Health, and possibly Travel. I think doing this will mean my blog will be consistent and organised which I really like the sound of that. I didn't do this in my other blog which might be the reason why I didn't really like it that much. Oh and I also going to throw in some 'Fellow Blogger' and 'Listening, Reading, Watching' posts in there when I feel like it. Hope you my new changes to my blog and looking forward to seeing future stuff!

WELCOME

Hello and welcome! My name is Jess and I am the creater of 'Caramella', a new lifestyle (and beauty) blog. I am an 18 year old student from the UK. I am not completely new to Blogger as I have another blog under the name 'Chimneybells'. I decided to create a new blog as I wasn't completely happy with my first one. I felt like I couldn't really express myself in my posts as I mainly focused on beauty related subjects. Therefore, I have decided that I am going to take a slightly different approach with Caramella and write more about lifestyle and everyday subjects in posts. I would be happy to take any requests or ideas for future posts as that would help me get into the swing of things too! Thankyou for visiting my blog and if you would like to contact me privately I am available by email.
